Call or email – discuss by listening and understanding – event proposal – book – event confirmation – payment – enjoy!
Call or email - Please call(230) 7745450 or email using the attached form or email address.
Discuss - We will then reply to your query to discuss it in more detail. This way we get a clear idea of exactly what you want, your idea's, dreams, wants and needs to ensure everything is addressed in our proposal.
Event proposal - We then send you a detailed proposal of what we think you would like based on previous conversations with you. The proposal will include two or three event ideas to include different venues, programs etc
Book - If you like one of our ideas you then confirm with us and we start the process of booking the venue, caterer, suppliers etc
Event confirmation - At least 6 weeks before the date of the event all major details, for example the venue, will need to be confirmed and our Terms and Conditions take effect.
Payment - Upon confirmation a 25% deposit of estimated costs is required and thereafter full payment before the event takes place.
Enjoy - This means you! Have a wonderful time, enjoying yourself on the day knowing that your event is in safe hands.
